All drug, chemical or paint factory premises shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be thoroughly cleaned of all dirt, refuse and debris at least once every 24 hours. Each building or part thereof used for those purposes shall be adequately equipped with devices to remove and eliminate all fumes, odors and dust. Adequate and convenient washing and toilet facilities for employees shall be provided.
