The Manager/Comptroller shall be charged with the administration of this subchapter. The Village Manager/Comptroller may suspend or revoke any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter in the manner provided in § 119.015 of this Chapter, in the event the Village Manager/Comptroller determines that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this subchapter. In lieu of, or in addition to, suspension or revocation of a license, the Village Manager/Comptroller may levy a fine on the licensee. The fine imposed shall not be less than $200 nor exceed $750 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
