§ 119.074 HEALTH AND DISEASE; CONTROL OF PERSONNEL.
   (A)   No person while afflicted with any disease in a communicable form, while a carrier of such disease, or while afflicted with boils, infected wounds, sores, or an acute respiratory infection, shall work in any area of a barber/beauty shop in any capacity in which there is a likelihood of contaminating anything with pathogenic organisms, or transmitting disease to other individuals, nor shall any service be performed on any person known to have any such disease or condition.
   (B)   The Health Authority may require any or all of the following measures:
      (1)   The immediate exclusion of that person from any barber or beauty cultural activities.
      (2)   The adequate bacteriological and medical examination of the person, of his associates, and his and their body discharges.
