§ 119.072 STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Floors, floor coverings and walls in areas where hair is cut or washed shall be constructed of a smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent material.
   (B)   Permanently fixed artificial light sources shall provide a minimum of 30 foot candles of light in hair cutting and hair dressing areas.
   (C)   Ventilation in barber/beauty shops shall conform to all applicable provisions of the codes of the Village.
   (D)   The plumbing shall be sized, installed and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the plumbing code of the Village. An adequate supply of both hot and cold running water shall be provided.
   (E)   The minimum number of toilet fixtures as required by the plumbing code shall be provided. Toilet fixtures shall be of a sanitary design and readily cleanable. Toilet facilities including rooms and fixtures, shall be kept in a clean condition and in good repair. Toilet tissue shall be provided. Easily cleanable receptacles shall be provided for waste materials, and such receptacles in toilet rooms for women shall be covered.
   (F)   Lavatories shall be at least the minimum number required by law. A lavatory shall also be located within the main cutting area and permit convenient use by all employees before and after serving a patron. Each lavatory shall be provided with a supply of hand-cleansing soap and a supply of sanitary towels or a hand-drying device.
