§ 119.059 PROHIBITED CONDITIONS.

(A) It shall be unlawful to create or permit any disturbance or disorderly conduct at any auction.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person selling goods at auction to make any fraudulent or untrue statements concerning the goods or articles sold.
