§ 119.006 CONDITIONS BARRING LICENSE OR PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   (A)   No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business and no permit shall be issued for any thing or act if the premises and buildings to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with the requirements of the ordinances of the Village.
   (B)   No license or permit shall be issued for the conduct of any business or performance of any act which would involve a violation of the of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village.
