§ 112.004 LICENSE FEE.
   An applicant for a Video Gaming Establishment License shall pay to the Village, at the time of filing the application, a license fee of $1,000.00. The license fee for a Video Gaming Terminal License shall be $1,000.00 for each video gaming terminal that the applicant will operate at the licensed premises, payable to the Village at the time of filing the application. The cost of the license fee for a Video Gaming Terminal License shall be shared equally between the applicant and the video gaming terminal operator/owner. In the event that an initial application for a Video Gaming Terminal License for a new and unlicensed video gaming terminal is filed within ninety (90) days or less from the expiration of the license term, the amount of the license fee shall be reduced by fifty percent (50%) for the remainder of the license term but no other license term. In all other circumstances, the license fee for a Video Gaming Terminal License is not subject to proration. The license fee for a Video Gaming Establishment License is not subject to proration. The license fees for Video Gaming Establishment Licenses and Video Gaming Terminal Licenses shall be non-refundable.
