§ 113.3201 DELEGATION OF POWERS
   Any right, power, or duty, except Revocation, of the Village, the Franchising Authority, or any official of the Village under this Chapter may be transferred or delegated by ordinance, resolution, or other appropriate action of the Village to an appropriate officer, employee, or department of the Village, or any legal authority created for the purpose of regulating the operation and development of the cable television system.
