§ 113.2701 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS
   (A)   Grantee shall not refuse to hire, nor discharge from employment, nor discriminate against any Person regarding compensation, terms, conditions or privileges of employment because of age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, or disability.
   A Grantee shall take affirmative action to insure that employees are treated fairly and equally during employment, without regard to their age, sex, race, color, creed, national origin, marital or veteran status, or disability. A Grantee will comply with equal employment opportunity requirements as stated in Section 634 et seq. of the Communications Act of 1934, as now or hereafter amended, or any successor provision, and with applicable Illinois state statutes.
   (B)   A Grantee shall provide certificates that it has in place a written policy against sexual harassment in accordance with the Illinois Human Rights Act (775 ILCS 5/2-105 (A)(4) (1998)) and that it has not engaged in bid-rigging or bid-rotating in accordance with Public Act 85-1235 of the Illinois General Assembly.
