Upon request, Grantee shall provide, without charge, standard installation and basic cable television service, (Basic Tier Service & Expanded Basic Tier) to each fire station, School, police station, public library, government building, and such other buildings used for governmental purposes as may be designated by the Franchising Authority. Should a School choose to re-distribute the signal within the school building, at the School's cost, Grantee will not be responsible for signal strength and such connections will be removed if Grantee tests show signal leakage results from said redistribution.
