§ 113.1907 PARENTAL LOCK-OUT DEVICE
   Upon request of a Subscriber, the Grantee shall make available a “parental control” mechanism or device that permits the Subscriber to lock out audible and visual reception of certain programming. For the purposes of this Chapter, a Converter box which contains a programmable microprocessing chip than enables the blocking or scrambling of cablecast signals shall meet the requirements of this Chapter.
