§ 113.1905 AUTHORITY TO INVESTIGATE SUBSCRIBER COMPLAINTS
   The Franchising Authority or its designee shall have the authority to investigate complaints tendered by Subscribers upon notification to the Village either by telephone or in writing. The Franchising Authority or its designee shall keep a documented record of all complaints.
