(A) In accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 76.309, customer service center and bill payment locations will be open during Normal Business Hours and will be conveniently located.
(B) Unless otherwise agreed to in a Franchise Agreement, Grantee shall maintain a Customer Service Facility within the boundaries of the Village of Schiller Park with the capacity to accept payments, respond to repair, Installation, or other Service Calls, distribute or receive Converter boxes, remote control units, or other related equipment, and receive service inquiries.
