(A) The Village reserves the right to amend this Chapter to incorporate customer service requirements that exceed the standards set by the FCC, if such standards are deemed to be more beneficial to the Village's residents.
(B) Every Franchise awarded pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to such reserved power whether or not such Franchise is expressly conditioned such reserved power.
(C) The Village shall provide the Grantee with ninety (90) days written notice of such amendment as referred to in Subsection A hereinabove, and shall offer the Grantee an opportunity to enter comments on such amendment. Said amendments shall be adopted by ordinance.
