Whenever, in case of emergency, it becomes necessary in the judgment of the Village to remove or damage any of the Grantee's facilities, no charge shall be made by a Grantee against the Village for restoration or repair. When possible, the Village shall make its best effort to contact the Grantee prior to taking such action by utilizing the Grantee contact information found in the Franchise Agreement.
