(A) All temporary service drops, also known as snow drops, shall be buried between March and December, unless the Grantee receives permission from the Village to delay burial.
(B) Weather permitting, the Grantee shall bury all temporary drops within fourteen (14) business days after placement.
(C) Temporary drops will be buried by the Grantee as expeditiously as possible, and in no event will a drop placed between November 15th of the prior year and March 1st of the current year be left unburied beyond May 1st of the current year.
