(A) Installations shall be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. All Installations shall comply with local codes.
(B) Where the Grantee determines that the Installation is a non-standard Installation requiring the erection or burial of more than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet of cabling, or the Installation requires traversing of adverse terrain, Grantee may, with advance notice to the Subscriber, extend the period for Installation. For the purposes of this Section, the term “Adverse Terrain” shall mean terrain which is unusually steep, rocky, swampy, or heavily forested.
