The Grantee shall not construct any facilities within the Village until it has secured all necessary permits from the Village, and any other governmental body having jurisdiction. In any permit so issued by the Village, the Village may impose any condition, restriction, or regulation, consistent with the Village codes and regulations, for the purpose of protecting any structures or facilities in the Public Streets and Public Ways of the Village, for the proper restoration of the Public Streets and Public Ways of the Village, for the continuity of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and for protection of the public. Unless otherwise stated in a Franchise Agreement, all costs customarily charged by the Village related to application, securing, maintaining, or renewing any permits, licenses, or other authorizations shall be the responsibility of the Grantee.
