§ 113.1308 SAFETY COMPLIANCE
   Grantee shall comply with the standards of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and safety standards established by the Department of Labor of the State of Illinois in maintaining its operational facilities, working conditions, and work procedures utilized as a part of the construction, upgrade, installation, repair and maintenance of the Cable System.
