§ 113.1307 CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS

Any contractor performing work for Grantee with respect to construction, upgrade, installation, repair or maintenance of the Cable System shall be properly and currently licensed under laws of the State of Illinois, and under ordinances of the Village of Schiller Park.
