§ 113.1306 ERECTION OF POLES
   (A)   No Franchise shall be deemed to expressly or impliedly authorize the Grantee to construct or install poles within Public Streets for the purpose of placing cables, lines, wires or otherwise, without the prior approval of the Village. Such consent shall be given upon such terms and conditions as the Village may prescribe which shall include a requirement that the Grantee perform, at its sole expense, all tree trimming required to maintain the poles clear of obstructions. Consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, but shall be subject to reasonable and necessary limitations to protect public health, safety and welfare.
   (B)   The Franchising Authority or an officer of the Village shall not permit relocation of poles without a permit. The Franchising Authority may require relocation of such poles for any legitimate municipal purpose.
