§ 113.1215 MAINTENANCE SERVICE
   A Grantee shall be capable of identifying, locating and correcting major system malfunctions in an expeditious manner. Staff shall be available on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week to restore service of the Cable System to Subscribers in the event of a significant failure of the Cable System.
