§ 113.1212 SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
   The Grantee shall create interruptions at such time as will reasonably minimize inconvenience to its Subscribers. Generally, Grantee shall interrupt service on the Cable System for routine testing and maintenance after 7 A.M. and before 1 A.M. only with good cause and for the shortest time possible. When possible, the Grantee shall notify Subscribers in advance by means of the Public Access or Local Origination Channels of any large-scale planned service interruptions as defined herein at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the planned interruption. A large-scale planned service interruption shall mean an interruption of Cable Service which affects five hundred (500) or more Subscriber households. The Grantee shall notify the Franchising Authority of any large scale planned service interruptions.
