All towers, antennas, satellite receive stations, and other exposed equipment of Grantee used in the provision of Cable Service shall be properly grounded. Grantee at its discretion may properly ground the equipment in such a manner that exceeds normal engineering requirements, provided, however, that such grounding is in compliance with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
