Unless otherwise agreed to in a Franchise Agreement, a Grantee shall provide backup power for the Cable System including, but not limited to backup power supplies capable of providing eight (8) hours of power to the Headend and three (3) hours of power to the Cable System plant in the event of an electrical outage, with additional backup capacity provided by portable generators.
