§ 113.1204 PAY-PER-VIEW AND VIDEO SERVICES

Every Cable System shall have the capacity to provide Pay-Per-View cable television services to cable Subscribers. Additionally, every Cable System's distribution plant shall have the capacity to provide Interactive System and Video-on-Demand services.
