(A) Annually, the Grantee shall file with the Village within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of its Fiscal Year, an annual report prepared by the Grantee's Comptroller or Chief Financial Officer for the Cable System, clearly showing the yearly total Gross Revenues. Said annual report is to be prepared at Grantee's expense according to generally accepted standards by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Said report shall be verified by the Grantee's Comptroller or Chief Financial Officer to be true, correct and complete to the best of his personal knowledge.
(B) Said annual report shall contain a listing of all Grantee's directors, officers, and shareholders who own directly, or indirectly, at least five percent (5%) of the stock in the corporation of which the Grantee is an entity if changed from the prior year.
