Within thirty (30) days the Grantee shall respond in writing to the Village, together with documentation in support of its response:
(A) That it contests the Village's notice of substantial breach and requests an opportunity to be heard as provided herein.
(B) That corrective action has been implemented by the Grantee and the substantial breach or default has been cured.
(C) That corrective action has been implemented by the Grantee and is being actively and diligently pursued in accordance with a written corrective action plan to be submitted to the Village.
