§ 113.802 NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL BREACH
   Written notice shall be given to the Grantee setting forth:
   (A)   The nature of the substantial breach or default by the Grantee;
   (B)   A written demand that the Grantee correct the violation;
   (C)   Notice that any failure to correct the substantial breach or default within thirty (30) days may be cause for revocation of the Franchise.
