§ 113.707 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS OF VILLAGE
   (A)   The Village reserves the right, to propose a Modification Agreement during the Section 113.701 review process that amends the Franchise Agreement.
   (B)   The Village reserves the right to review compliance with any term and condition of the Franchise before any final decision to approve the sale, transfer, delegation, or assignment of the Franchise from the Grantee to another Person or group of Persons is approved by the Village, in accordance with Section 113.801 of this Chapter.
