§ 113.610 REPEAL OF SECTION 626 OF THE CABLE ACT
   In the event that Section 626 of the Cable Act shall be repealed and no successor law or regulation is enacted, the Franchising Authority and the Grantee shall follow the procedures which were set forth in the Cable Act prior to its repeal.
