§ 113.601 RENEWAL NEGOTIATIONS

Franchise renewal shall be prescribed by the terms and conditions set forth by Section 626 of the Cable Act (47 U.S.C. 546). The Village and the Grantee may, by mutual consent, enter into informal renewal negotiations at any time during the term of the Franchise.
