Franchise evaluation sessions and meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act and shall be in accordance with provisions established in Section 113.401. In addition to the notice provision of Section 113.401 hereof, The Franchising Authority shall: 1) be obligated to notify its Subscribers of all evaluation meetings or sessions on a Government Access Channel on the system no less than five (5) times for seven (7) consecutive days preceding the meeting or session; and, 2) Where possible, the Grantee shall work with the Franchising Authority to identify methods of notifying Subscribers of evaluation sessions.
