Upon request by the Franchising Authority or an officer of the Village during the evaluation of Grantee's performance, Grantee shall cooperate fully with the Franchising Authority and provide such books, records, maps and other relevant documents required to be provided pursuant to this Chapter and the Franchise Agreement which the Franchising Authority or an officer of the Village may request in order that a reasonable review of the Cable System can be performed. Confidential information or information which would constitute a trade secret shall be physically identified as such by the Grantee and shall be protected by the Franchising Authority by means of a confidentiality agreement or through the requirements of the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, as amended.
