Every three (3) years, throughout the term of a Franchise Agreement, at the Village's sole option, the Franchising Authority and the Grantee shall conduct public evaluation sessions to review the Grantee's performance, quality of service, and overall compliance with the terms of the Franchise and this Chapter. Said evaluations may occur more frequently if both parties agree.
