The Franchising Authority or an officer of the Village shall require the Grantee to file a written request to the Franchising Authority for Section 625 Modification of the Franchise Agreement, stating the modifications to the Franchise Agreement proposed and the justifications for the proposed modifications. The Franchising Authority or an officer of the Village shall review such request for Modification based on the terms and conditions set forth by Section 625 of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, as now or hereafter amended, or any successor provision. The Franchising Authority or an officer of the Village may, based upon the findings of its review, approve Grantee's request for modification.
