§ 113.305 OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES

Upon issuance of a non-exclusive, revocable Franchise by the Village for construction, installation, maintenance, and operation of a Cable System within the designated Franchise Area, Grantee shall be obligated to provide the services of a Cable System as required herein, and by the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement.
