§ 113.103 LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY
   This Chapter shall be governed by the Communications Act of 1934 as amended, the Cable Communication Policy Act of 1984, the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992, and the Telecommunications Act of 1996 as now or hereafter amended. This Chapter shall also be governed by provisions of Illinois Compiled Statutes Chapter 65, Section 5/11-42-11 et seq. as now or hereafter may be amended.
