§ 30.240 OFFICE ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   There is established hereby the office of Privacy Officer, who shall be appointed for an indefinite term by the Village President by and with the consent of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The President and Board of Trustees also may designate a contact person to receive complaints and to respond to questions about Village of Schiller Park privacy polices and procedures and to respond to requests for notice of the Village's privacy policies and procedures.
