For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
DIVISION. The Building Division of the Depart- ment of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
BUILDING OFFICIAL. The administrator of the Building Division of the Department of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
FOOD SANITARIAN. The Food Sanitarian of the Village of Schiller Park.
PRESIDENT. The President, also known as the Mayor, of the Village of Schiller Park.
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES. The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Schiller Park.
