Any person securing a license required by § 111.110, for motion pictures or theatricals naming a specific place or building where the performances are to be presented, may present therein a number of performances, including theatrical, during the year for which the license secured without having to pay any additional fee. The annual fee for it shall be based on a rate of $0.20 per seat.
