§ 111.072 APPLICATION.
   Application for the license required by § 111.071 shall be made to the Village Clerk, in conformity with Chapter 119 of this code of ordinances, except as otherwise herein provided. In addition, the applicant shall set forth the description of the coin-operated device intended to be kept for use on his or her premises.
