§ 111.070 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COIN-OPERATED MUSIC DEVICE. Any phonograph, piano player, music box, jukebox or other instrument or device capable of producing or reproducing any vocal or instrumental sounds, other than a motion picture sound machine, which is governed or controlled by the deposit of a coin or token.
