§ 111.058 COMPLIANCE.
   All persons operating a carnival, circus or any feature thereof, or employed therein, shall comply with all applicable provisions of §§ 111.001 through 111.014 and all other ordinances relating to festivals, circuses, public gatherings or the premises occupied for that purpose.
