§ 111.057 FEE.
   (A)   The fee for a carnival or circus license shall, from time to time, be changed by the Village President and Board of Trustees. It shall be payable in advance.
   (B)   The license fee for each sideshow and concession operated in connection with a circus or carnival shall, from time to time, be changed by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
