§ 111.040 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   No person shall operate or maintain a bowling alley open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor. Application for that license shall be made in writing and shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of alleys to be used.
