§ 30.226 BUILDING OFFICIAL; CODE OFFICIAL; APPOINTMENT.
   There is created hereby the office of Building Official, the holder of which shall be appointed by the Village President. Wherever within this Municipal Code or any other ordinance, directive, order, and/or resolution of the Village reference is made to “Chief Building Official”, “Chief Inspector”, and/or "Code Official”, such reference shall be construed to designate and mean the “Building Official”, the office created hereby.
