(A) Felonies. It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter unless such violation is by this chapter or other law of the state declared to be a felony.
(B) Disregard of suspension. It is a misdemeanor for any person, firm, or corporation to fail to heed or otherwise ignore any suspension issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner or his agent.
(C) Disposition of fines and penalties. For offenses committed within the corporate limits of the Village of Schiller Park or within the limits and jurisdiction of the Village of Schiller Park, fines and penalties recovered under the provision of this Chapter shall be paid over to the Treasurer of the Village of Schiller Park.
