§ 30.201 DUTIES.
   In addition to his oversight and supervision of the Street and Highway Department and the Water and Sewer Department:
   (A)   The Director of the Bureau of Streets, Sanitation, and Water shall enforce all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations pertaining to safety of Village personnel, including but not limited to installation and maintenance of equipment, enforcement of safety procedures, investigation of accidents involving public employees and equipment and shall keep accurate records regarding all such matters.
   (B)   The Director of the Bureau of Streets, Sanitation, and Water shall supervise the construction and maintenance of all streets, alleys, lanes, sidewalks and highways within the Village.
   (C)   The Director of the Bureau of Streets, Sanitation, and Water shall have direct input to the Zoning, Planning, and Appeals Commission in connection with its review of proposed plats of subdivision; and the Director shall assist and advise the Commission with respect to existing Village utilities, thoroughfares, and the need for easements and the dedication of additional rights-of-way or portions thereof, if any.
