§ 110.60 CERTAIN SALES FORBIDDEN.
   (A)   Other than holders of Class “H” licenses with respect to members and registered guests, it shall be unlawful for any licensee to sell or furnish alcoholic liquor at retail to any person on credit or on a pass book, or order on a store, or in exchange for any goods, wares or merchandise, or in payment for any services rendered; and if any person shall extend credit for such purpose the debt thereby attempted to be created shall not be recoverable at law, provided that nothing herein shall be construed to prevent payment by credit card.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the holder of an alcoholic liquor dealer's license to sell, deliver or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or to any person known to him to be an habitual drunkard, spendthrift, insane, feebleminded or distracted person.
